BALLOON DECORATION


Q. How can I hire your services?

The best way to contact us is to give us a call at (973) 641-4919 or fill out our contact us form, so you can discuss your party decoration needs with one of our professional balloon artists.


Q. How long in advance should I place my order?

In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked/confirmed at least two week in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed.


Q.What will be the delivery and setup charges?

The delivery and set-up charge for decoration varies based on location and time frames. Please refer to our Delivery page for more information.


Q. Who will set-up my decoration and how long will it take?

Depending on the size of your order you can expect a team of one to four balloon artists. Our team will be wearing My Deco Balloon uniforms so you can recognize them. Depending on the size and design of your decoration, it can take about half an hour to 4 hours for our team to build and set up your balloon decoration.


Q. Do the prices include removal of the decor?

NO, removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided is this service is required.


Q. How and when do I have to pay?

In order to book your event we required a deposit of 50% and the remaining balance is due the day of the event. Payments can be made by credit cards, checks, cash or money orders.


Q. In what area do you offer your Balloons Decoration Services?

We offer our balloon decoration services to clients in New Jersey ,New York City, Long Island areas, and parts Connecticut.


Q. What if I need to cancel?

Orders can be canceled 72 hours prior to the event, and the deposit is non refundable.


Q. How long will the decor last?

That depends on the environmental conditions and if the decor is air-filled, or helium filled.   A regular 11″ helium balloon has a lifespan of about 18 hours.  We can extend the float time by use of Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon prior to inflation.  This can increase the float time by several days.  Air-filled decor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.


Q. Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

There are two types of balloons, foil (sometimes called mylar) and latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. Latex balloons can't be recycled, but are biodegradable.


Q. I don't know what I want, can you help me figure it out?

Absolutely!  When you call to talk to one of My Deco Balloon's event artists, they will ask you questions about your event and the purpose of the decor- that is whether you are trying to attract attention to a focal point, or going for an overall ambiance.  If you have already figured out your approximate budget, our designers can help by suggesting packages and decor alternatives that match your goals with your specific budget in mind.


LINENS RENTALS


Q. How can I rent linens from you?

First, make sure you have the shapes and measurements of your tables and chairs, then our professional decorators will help you choose tablecloths and chair covers that are the proper size a for your tables and chairs. We will discuss about the best color combinations, and other tabletop accessories. When you're ready to confirm your order, just sign our contract and provide a 50% deposit. The final balance and the secure deposit are due 24 hours prior to the delivery or ship date of your order.


Q. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend to place your linens orders 30 to 90 days in advance to ensure the availability of your items.


Q. Do you charge any security deposit for linens rentals?

Yes we charge a 100% security deposit, in order to make sure we received all the rented items in good conditions. Missed or damaged items will be charge 3 times its rental price, which will be discounted from the security deposit. Once we received all the items back your deposit will be fully refunded.


Q. How do I return my rental items?

Rental items should be returned in the same box where you received them, using the return label that is provided with your order.


Q. Do you have a minimum rental order?

Yes. We require a minimum order of $100 .


Q. How much are the delivery and pick up charges?

Delivery and pick up charges are calculated according to the distance and size of your order. Please refer to our delivery charges page for more detailed information.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before it is delivered. Reservation deposit is not refundable


PARTY RENTALS-CONCESSION


Q. How can I order Party Rentals and Concession equipment from you?

Just select the items you need to rent and contact our professional team by phone or email. When you're ready to confirm your order, just sign our contract and provide a 30% deposit. The final balance and the security deposit are due 24 hours prior to the delivery date of your order.


Q. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend to place your order at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability of rental equipment.


Q. Do you charge any security deposit for party rentals and concessions?

Yes we charge a 100% secure deposit, in order to make sure we received all the rented items in good conditions. Missed or damaged items will be charge 3 times its rental price, which will be discounted from the security deposit. One we received all the items back your deposit will be fully refunded.


Q. Do you have a minimum order for Party Rentals?

Yes. We require a minimum order of $75.


Q. How much are the delivery/ shipping charges?

Delivery/Shipping charges are calculated according to the distance and size of your rental. Please check our delivery page for more information.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is delivered. But reservation deposit is not refundable
